Extension of 2 years in Retirement Age is Right or Wrong ??

                                Hello friends , from past few years different governments of different states saying and implementing extension of 2 years in age of retirement and now in Haryana BJP government is saying that they will give extension of 2 years to existing govt. employees. After this the age for retirement will be 60 years, which is totally wrong in my opinion and this step is against the youth of our society. This decision will increase the no. of unemployed youth, in future which will increase the crime rate too. Our elders who are on govt.  jobs now they are also selfish and they support this kind of wrong decision of govt. and they are only calculating how much more earning they will get in their extension period. They don't think about the future results of this type of decisions.

                                   But now we should think twice. Everyone knows as the age increases efficiency decreases. According to the newspaper more then 12000 govt. employees are getting retired every year in Haryana. Which means 12000 new vacancies are generating every year with current retirement system. But with this new scheme of 60 years of age for retirement , generation of vacancies will decrease and become slow with a rate of 12000 per year. It means 12000 young/new  people who were eligible this year will have to wait for one more year and the next year the competition for vacancies will be double, and the eligible candidate who fulfill all the criteria will remain unemployed. Now they have another choice of private job or personal business which is not possible for them too easily.

                                  Its time to think about its negative aspects: Unemployment is the main cause of crime. Because an employed person don't have spare time to think about any nonsense. Whereas as the unemployed persons are the soft target for wrong persons to utilize them or involving them in their wrong intensions. As a proof see any criminal data report most of the criminal of serious crimes were unemployed. Apart from that if our govt. will decrease the age of retirement from 58 to 55 years of age then there will be more vacancies every year and every young guy will get a job before 25 years of age and he will have a chance of more then 30 years of service period. And 30 years is enough time to someone to educate his children and feed his family proudly. Because if single person from each family gets job, he can feed the whole family and then there will be no poverty and there will be no illiteracy. Our society will become prosperous. But our govt. only think about their Vote bank. So, please think about it and lets get up together against this wrong decision. We all should demand for  decrement in age of retirement  from 58 to 55 years of age.
